IVF Options Australia was founded by Lexie Magyar in 2018 in Australia to help people better understand IVF and other fertility treatment options available.

Lexie is a patient advocate, passionate supporter of women’s health and reproductive rights. 

After being diagnosed with HPV that progressed to LSIL, Lexie began researching fertility preservation and treatments. She discovered that finding transparent information on fertility success rates and costs was incredibly difficult and she set out to build a platform to simplify the journey for others.

In 2020, amidst Covid, Lexie moved to the US and partnered with Merck Pharmaceuticals to launch IVF Options in the US, in effort to make fertility treatment more affordable for the 74% of Americans without access to fertility benefits.

As a dual Canadian-Australian citizen, Lexie believes in affordable and accessible healthcare for all and is working to make it a reality for Americans.

Lexie Magyar - Co-founder of IVF Options                                            For those of you who haven’t read my earlier post I’ll give you a quick recap – a devastating break-up and medical diagnosis in my early 30s led me to start IVF Options in Australia. The platform which provided transparent IVF price and quality information immediately resonated with patients, but market size and consolidation limited growth. I loved helping people on a daily basis and wanted to make a bigger impact so I began researching other countries that could benefit from what I was building. I visited the US on two business trips to meet with reproductive endocrinologists, clinic managers, pharmaceutical companies, finance companies, nurses, and patients across the country to learn about fertility treatment in America.
